Mouse Gene Set: GOBP_PLATELET_DENSE_GRANULE_ORGANIZATION

For the Human gene set with the same name, see GOBP_PLATELET_DENSE_GRANULE_ORGANIZATION

Standard name GOBP_PLATELET_DENSE_GRANULE_ORGANIZATION
Systematic name MM9017
Brief description A process that is carried out at the cellular level which results in the assembly, arrangement of constituent parts, or disassembly of a platelet dense granule. A platelet dense granule is an electron-dense granule occurring in blood platelets that stores and secretes adenosine nucleotides and serotonin. They contain a highly condensed core consisting of serotonin, histamine, calcium, magnesium, ATP, ADP, pyrophosphate and membrane lysosomal proteins. [GOC:dph, PMID:11487378]
