Human Gene Set: PULVER_FOREY_CELLCYCLE_PEAKING_M

Standard name PULVER_FOREY_CELLCYCLE_PEAKING_M
Systematic name M49287
Brief description Genes whose expression fluctuates during the cell cycle (pVal < 0.05) and peaks in early M (M) in K562
Full description or abstract Transcription regulation during the cell cycle is crucial for ensuring genes are expressed at the right time and in the correct amounts, coordinating key processes like DNA replication, mitosis, and cell division. In our study, "Evolutionarily Recent Transcription Factors Partake in Human Cell Cycle Regulation" (Pulver & Forey et al., 2024), we created a synchronization-free chronogram of gene expression, These comprehensive data are now accessible for exploration and visualization via a user-friendly web resouce.
