Human Gene Set: PULVER_FOREY_CELLCYCLE_ENRICHED_TFS_G1_S

Standard name PULVER_FOREY_CELLCYCLE_ENRICHED_TFS_G1_S
Systematic name M49301
Brief description Transcription factors and DNA binding proteins enriched at promoters of genes whose expression fluctuates during the cell cycle (pVal < 0.05) and peak in G1/S in K562
Full description or abstract Transcription regulation during the cell cycle is crucial for ensuring genes are expressed at the right time and in the correct amounts, coordinating key processes like DNA replication, mitosis, and cell division. In our study, "Evolutionarily Recent Transcription Factors Partake in Human Cell Cycle Regulation" (Pulver & Forey et al., 2024), we mapped the enrichment of transcription factors (TFs) at phase-specific rhythmic genes, These comprehensive data are now accessible for exploration and visualization via a user-friendly web resouce.
