Human Gene Set: GSE39820_CTRL_VS_IL1B_IL6_IL23A_CD4_TCELL_DN

Standard name GSE39820_CTRL_VS_IL1B_IL6_IL23A_CD4_TCELL_DN
Systematic name M5603
Brief description Genes down-regulated in comparison of untreated CD4 [GeneID=920] T cells versus those treated with IL1B [GeneID=3553], IL6 [GeneID=3569] and IL23A [GeneID=51561].
Full description or abstract TGF-beta3 produced by developing Th17 cells induces highly pathogenic T cells that are functionally and molecularly distinct from TGF-beta1-induced Th17 cells. The microarray data represent a distinct molecular signature for pathogenic versus non-pathogenic Th17 cells.
