Full description or abstract This gene set is derived from human left ventricle transcriptomes in the GTEx database stratified into high and low OPA1 expression quintiles. The set members represent the intersection of highly significant upregulated genes identified through differential expression analysis (DEA) and those selected as predictive features by Partial Least Squares-Discriminant Analysis (PLS-DA) and Tuned ReliefF (TuRF). The resulting consensus signatures were validated in a mouse model of pressure overload induced by transverse aortic constriction (TAC) to evaluate their association with preserved cardiac function and metabolic signaling.
